Manifesto / Principles

The Stateless Mind Pavilion does not wait for permission.
It moves where it is not expected, and stays only as long as it is needed.

It is not a building.
It is not a nation.
It is not an institution.

It is:

  • A refusal of borders that divide belonging.
  • A site for gathering without condition.
  • A protest disguised as hospitality.
  • A memory that cannot be archived.

The Pavilion declares:

  • Softness is resistance.
  • Errors are coordinates.
  • Every outsider is already inside.

Completion is the goal. Completion would be a failure.
